Offers

Every format starts from a problem you already have.

None of these begins with a theoretical model. They begin with something already on your desk — a decision, a team that is tired, a deadline you can see coming.

Organisations

For organisations

A measurable programme for a team under pressure, plus lighter formats that qualify the problem before you commit to solving it.

Individuals

For individuals

Three steps — awareness, regulation, decision — and a gentler way of working with your own biology.

For organisations

Six formats, one logic.

Rates exclude VAT. Travel outside Sophia Antipolis is billed at cost. Depending on your sector, some formats may qualify for French OPCO training funding.

Flagship

Human Adaptation Pilot™

Six weeks, 8 to 15 people. Measure, experiment, choose, then keep what worked. The full programme is published week by week.

€2,900 founding pilot · €4,800 standard

Method

The A.R.C.™ Programme

Awareness, Regulation, Choice — delivered as a standalone sequence for a team that does not need the full six-week measurement apparatus.

On request

Measure

Vitality Compass™

The assessment on its own: seven domains, before and after, confidential to each participant, aggregated for the sponsor.

On request

Leader diagnostic

One conversation to identify the real problem and recommend a format that fits it. Sometimes the answer is that you do not need me.

€350 – 600

“Deciding under pressure” workshop

A first A.R.C.™ experience in half a day, on a real decision the team is holding.

€1,500 – 2,200

Organisational programme

Rollout across several teams, with a shared measurement frame and a single report to management.

€10,000 – 25,000

For individuals

Three steps, and one longer alliance.

The same A.R.C.™ logic, in a room with one person instead of fifteen: reset, then regulate, then choose. Individual rates on request — they depend on length and on what you actually need.

Awareness

The Reset

Bring the system down far enough that you can see your own load accurately — then take the baseline from that state rather than from the noise.

Regulation

Mind the Gap

Live across the distance between demand and capacity without borrowing from tomorrow. Paced breathing, fast recovery, transition hygiene — tested, not prescribed.

Choice

Choose — your destination

Pick a direction rather than absorbing the one you are given, then decide the thing on your desk in service of it.

Alliance

My Microbial Time™

Seven domains, seven evidence-based actions. A gentler way of making an alliance with your own microbes — and an honest account of where the evidence stops.

How to choose

Four questions that settle it

  • Is there a real problem on the table? If you are looking for a pleasant team day, say so and I will point you elsewhere. These formats start from a difficulty someone can name.
  • Do you need measurement, or movement? If management needs evidence, start with the Vitality Compass™ or the full pilot. If the team already knows and cannot act, start with A.R.C.™.
  • How much room do you have?Six weeks and a cohort of twelve is a commitment. The leader diagnostic costs a few hundred euros and tells you whether the commitment is worth making.
  • Is it one person or a system? If one person is struggling inside a healthy team, the individual route is honest and cheaper. If the team is the problem, individual coaching will not fix it.

None of these formats replace statutory psychosocial risk assessment, occupational health, or psychological care. Where that is what you need, I will say so in the first conversation.

Next step

Three pilot teams this year.

Twenty-five minutes to check whether this format answers a real problem at your organisation. If it doesn’t, I’ll say so.
